Occupational therapy for the whole woman
Your symptoms don't exist in isolation. We look at how changes in your body, energy, sleep, routines, and environment affect the way you live - work with you to make everyday life feel more manageable.
What We Do

Jessica Earle
Occupational Therapist
With 16 years of experience as an occupational therapist, Jessica has spent her career helping children and families navigate challenges that affect everyday life. Her experience supporting pelvic health needs, along with her own experiences navigating symptoms and life as a working mother, led her to expand her work to women's health.
Her approach is practical, compassionate, and grounded in real life - helping women find strategies that fit into their routines and support meaningful, lasting change.
Jennifer Goguen
Occupational Therapist
With 23 years of experience as an occupational therapist, Jennifer has spent her career supporting children and families. She has expanded into her passion of woman's health and became Certified Menopause Coach.
Her approach looks beyond individual symptoms to consider the whole woman and the life she is trying to manage. Jennifer helps women understand what is changing, identify what is getting in the way, and develop realistic strategies that fit their lives.
Her goal is not to tell women to simply push through menopause.
